Real-world hide and seek. The host draws a zone on the map, one friend hides inside it, and the rest go looking. Your phone shows the boundary and where everyone is β except the chicken.
No accounts, no email. Positions are shared only with the players in your game and never stored. Every game self-destructs within 24 hours.
Your friends will see this in the lobby. You can be Stuart, "Stu", or "the poulet whisperer" β up to you.
Six characters, from the host's screen. Or open the invite link they sent you β that skips this step.
Joining game asβ¦
Drag players between teams, or use each playerβs team menu. The Poulet stays outside the teams.
Setting up the next round. The zone and roster stay as they are. Change the kitty amount to start a fresh tab, or leave it to carry the balance over.
A zone is set. Tap to redraw.
The host controls game options. You'll see updates here as they happen.
The host can distribute seekers evenly or move them between teams. Any member can report the find; that finishes the hunt for their whole team and hides every teammate from players still searching. A player joining after Start waits safely off the live map until the host assigns them.
While the game is live, the poulet's phone simply stops transmitting its position. There is nothing to intercept β their location never leaves their own device until the game ends, when their hiding spot is revealed on everyone's map.
An optional aid the host can switch on (off by default). The poulet's phone works out roughly how far away each seeker is and shares only a coarse band β hot, warm, cool or cold. No direction, no distance figure, no coordinates.
An optional layer of venue icons β πΊ for pubs, πΈ for bars. The host can show them while drawing the zone (to pick a good one), and can switch on Show pubs & bars in the zone in Settings so every player sees the venues inside the zone during the game. When a pubs/bars toggle is on, the host's phone asks a public map service for venues in a map area β never anyone's position β and only while the toggle is on. Other players never contact the service at all.
Up to the host: with Everyone finds (the default) the game runs until the last seeker tracks down the poulet β each find is celebrated, finders get a β on the map, and the timeline keeps the story. With Anyone finds, the first catch ends the round.
An optional drinks fund the host sets before the game. Everyone chips in real cash; the poulet β and anyone who's found them β logs each drink in the app, and every player watches the fund bar drain from green to red. Find the chicken early, drink from the kitty longer. Tap the bar to see who spent what.
If the host's phone goes quiet for more than a minute, the longest-serving player still online automatically becomes the new host. The game carries on β nothing is lost.
No accounts, no email, no tracking. Live positions are shared only with the players in your game and are never stored anywhere β not even on our server. Game codes are one in 700 million, there is no public game list, and every game (including the found photo) self-destructs within 24 hours.
Venues show while you draw, to help you pick a zone with good hiding ground. Players only see them if you turn on Show pubs & bars in the zone in Settings.
Keep the current setup, choose the next poulet, or make changes first.
Play again asβ¦
It comes out of the kitty β every player sees the fund drop.
Everyone sees the message and it lands in the timeline. Only the poulet can send.
Nothing yet β the story starts when friends join and the game kicks off.
Point your camera at whoever you've caught. This is the photo of record when the game ends.
While this game is live, your position is shared with the other players in this game only β nobody else. It stops the moment the game ends or you close the page. Only your latest position is kept in transit, never a trail, and the whole game is deleted within 24 hours.
